 Cashel Inc. confirms completion of negotiations of a contract with Cendant Inc. purchasing a hotel franchise. This hotel will be a destination family resort hotel and convention center. The plans for this hotel include indoor and outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, racquetball courts inside and outside, restaurants, meeting rooms , convention center, 150 guest rooms and great hospitality. More details will be released later.
